Okay, yeah, seriously, being without electricity for five days? Sucks. Maaaaaajor donkey balls. But now I'm back! And fear not; I'll be spending the next several days getting caught up with EVERYTHING. (And major props to my Uncle Brian to coming out and hauling us out of the house so that we wouldn't paint the walls with eachothers' blood.

Worse than no intarwebz is no compie, period! Its called a downburst during a severe blizzard. Some of the poles that the power lines are strung across look like they had been twisted and broken off like bamboo skewers. *shivers violently* Last coupla days (particularly yesterday and today), the repair crews have been zipping up the road, replacing poles and resetting the power lines up on 'em. My sister went out on the back porch and squealed at the neighborhood right after it came on.

oh geez! didn't even think about that; been in the upper 80's last week & upper 90's this week....

snow? that's what you get on the tv when the cable goes out, right?
