Okay, so this one is a little more serious than the last time I used a subject line like that.

Anyhow, this is majorly serious, so I need you guys to send some good energy our way: our mom suffered a major hemmorhagic stroke Thursday night. Like I keep saying, thank every God and Goddess you can think of that we usually eat dinner so dang late, because if we hadn't, and she had gone in to do her e-mail and stuff like she usually does after dinner... *shudders mightily*
So anyway, she's currently up in the Swedish Medical Center in Denver, getting some damn fine care; prognosis is uncertain (well, duh, its early yet), but she's making faces around her breathing tube and wiggling around and has pain responses on both arms, so that's a good sign, right?
Anyhow, thanks for reading me complain.

(And if you really really wanna send a wee bit of monetary aid my way, mosey over to the CafePress store and buy something. You may want to stay away from a few things, cuz I've gotten a fair bit better since I made them, but I've got some great stuff up right now.

That's just if you want to; I'm not begging for monetary aid YET.)
Ja mate ne~!
UPDATE:

W00t! Mom opened her eyes today! She was still drugged outta her mind, but it looked like she was genuinely trying to focus on the world around her. (Kinda hard with a) the sedatives and b) she's blind as a bat without her glasses.

) So yeah, thing's're definitely looking up now!
UPDATE2: (August 12)

Mom is semi-awake and responsive, and the pulmonary specialist says they'll probably be able to take her off of the ventilator in the next day or two. Huzzah 'n' stuff!

In other nudes (sorry, artist joke), I will shortly have access to a Poser-worthy compie again in about the same time period (as soon as I have gotten over my aversion to Windows Vista and learn how to
use the damn thing), so you can probably expect some new artwork in the near future.
UPDATE3: (same) One last thing, not that you guys needed to know this, but my damn period finally started. I should be safe to be around about the same time I've gotten over my aversion to Vista.
